Refund Policy at Element K – PhD Guidance

1.	Within 8 working hours	90%	We intend to give 100% refund for the order, however we incur cost for payment gateway and accounts when we return the money to you and as such 10% deduction. This is however valid for normal order with delivery of over 10 days. For urgent orders(Less than 10 days of completion time), no refund is possible after placing the order.
	Within 2-3 Days from the date of confirmation and payment/advance payment	50%	Usually, the order is set up and work starts the following day and hence writer/consultant would have already spent considerable time on your work. At this stage, we can offer a maximum of 50% refund. For urgent orders as applicable above, no refund is possible.
	After 3 days from the date of confirmation	0%	No refunds are possible at this stage for both normal and urgent orders
2.	Excess payment by mistake
	Within 30 days from the date of payment	100%	The amount in excess to our quotes as sent in an mail without any addition in scope will be refunded back 100% for both normal and urgent orders.
3.	Writer not found	100%	We shall refund to a maximum of 100% of the amount paid to us for the order.
4.	Delay	Referral	We shall evaluate the issue herein as when did you submit the feedback or sent in the relevant documents required to complete the work. Please note that we do not work on Sundays.
5.	Not satisfied with work	0%	Our service is genuine and is not like other writing services available on internet. All our PhD consultants put in time and hence it is not possible for us to refund the amount paid after the work is completed. However, as a client, you get free revisions for 30 days from the date of order completion.
6.	My supervisor rejected the work	0%	You are not supposed to submit the work as it is. We usually offer only consulting or reference work and we do not undertake liability for the work not getting accepted. We remain open for suggestions, feedback on the provided and changes required thereupon. Any errors/mistakes will be rectified by us at no extra cost.
